A Comissão Nacional de Convênios e Credenciamentos – CNCC – criou em 2008, a Classificação Brasileira Hierarquizada de Procedimentos Odontológicos – CBHPO.
Trata-se de uma planilha de valores referenciais para procedimentos odontológicos, com separação em colunas de honorários e custos operacionais gerando um valor para cada tratamento levando em consideração índices aplicados em colunas específicas como Unidade de Honorários (UH) e Unidade de Custos (UC).

A CBHPO surgiu em substituição à tabela de Valores Referenciais para Procedimentos Odontológicos – VRPO (https://www.soesp.org.br/tabela-vrpo/).
A tabela CBHPO serve como referencial nacional no trabalho dos profissionais da Odontologia.
É um excelente trabalho que inibe os profissionais odontólogos de se “prostituírem” competindo por preços.
Porém a tabela em Excel disponibilizada não é de preenchimento trivial e caso você queira alterar todos os valores terá que fazê-lo um a um (aprox. 305 procedimentos).
A prova de que o manuseio não é trivial vem do fato de que a tabela possui um manual de utilização (http://www.cbhpo.com.br/downloads/manual.pdf).

O Software odontológico Dental SIGO vem com a tabela CBHPO preenchida e pronta para uso. Caso seja necessária a alteração de índices, basta você definir se quer aplicar os novos índices a todos os tratamentos ou somente altera-los. Se quiser utilizar valores distintos para procedimentos específicos, basta alterar os índices do mesmo individualmente.
Para cadastrar novos procedimentos, basta preencher a janela de cadastro que já possui os campos para os índices seguindo o modelo CBHPO.
